**Your role - **Dealer Customer Services **Administrator**

Engage and interact with motor dealerships and other third-party suppliers through a range of inbound/outbound channels, whilst providing an efficient administrative day-to-day service. A professional manner is required as high levels of customer satisfaction,ensure positive outcomes for all parties.

**Your Responsibilities - **Dealer Customer Services **Administrator**
- Make outbound and manage inbound calls to efficiently handle a wide range of dealer services and collection queries/issues to build dealer trust, ensuring call waiting times and other service targets are delivered.
- Interact with 3rd party suppliers (partners, other finance houses and stock suppliers/auction houses) to maintain effective relationships that facilitate the effective resolution of motor dealership queries where appropriate.
- Ensure any queries/issues that can’t be resolved are escalated to the relevant parties in a timely manner and all parties are kept fully informed until the issue is suitably resolved.
- Regularly update accurate records of dealer services communications and data in relevant tools and systems (LAMS, etc) in line with company procedures and provide any relevant data/reports for management relating to dealer services activity as and whenrequired.
- Performing sequential approval checks for outstanding payouts for motor dealerships in line with company procedures.
- Responsible for the setting up, live onboarding and in-life management coaching that motor dealerships are expected to comply with to manage their accounts, in line with their contractual agreements.
- Carrying out any other administrative duties as the business requires by team leaders or other management.
