**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for someone to join our training team to take the lead for the delivery and development of our Head Office Induction and Management training. With varied delivery methods on hand, and a team of experts to support creativity, this is a fantastic and rewarding opportunity

**Main Responsibilities**
- Deliver a world class head office induction and a fantastic onboarding experience for all new employees joining Wren’s head office
- Deliver and develop a head office management training programme using blended learning methods
- Be an ambassador for Wren’s culture, and lead by example with the Company’s core values and mindset
- Evaluate and develop the training programmes delivered to improve results and performance
- Conduct training needs analysis for new employees after training to identify key areas of development
- Stakeholder engagement is essential putting training at the forefront of business objectives and strategy

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 years experience in delivering training
- Have a natural and engaging flair for delivery
- Have significant experience in developing and creating content for training programmes
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate examples of training delivery and results
- Excellent IT skills
