Care Trainer Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Care Trainer to join our team at TRC Yorkshire. The successful candidate will have a background in classroom training and experience in delivering training on technology systems such as EMars and Nourish.
Job Responsibilities- To contribute to the delivery and evaluation of group-wide projects, notably induction, mandatory and system-specific training.
- To plan with the training teams for the delivery of induction and CPD events.
- To actively deliver group induction, and mandatory and specific system training for employees and managers. This will involve working closely with the training team and wider business.
- To support the Training departments in the delivery of internal training in line with the company needs.
- Must have experience in providing classroom training sessions within health and social care - minimum of 2 years.
- Hold a relevant training qualification or recognised teaching qualification.
- Hold a full UK driving license and have full access to a car with the ability to travel when needed.
- Good understanding of CQC / CIW requirements.
The salary for this role is £36,750 plus a £4,000 car allowance and mileage paid. Additionally, you will receive 33 days holiday, a reward scheme and referral scheme.
