**About The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT process team as an IT Trainer. This position is an excellent opportunity to support in delivering a first-class onboarding experience and continuous personal development programme within the IT department.

As the IT Trainer, you would be responsible for onboarding new team members across the department via our bespoke induction programme, as well as up-skilling existing members of the department in line with process changes.

**This role is fully office-based.**

We are offering a salary of £30k, plus a quarterly bonus.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Delivering and maintaining the IT Induction programme
- Ensure the programme uses a blended approach of training methods to cater for a range of learning styles
- Provide additional coaching and ongoing personal development to IT department members on a wide variety of topics such as new process, best practices, and new products
- Delivering training to a wide variety of roles such as developers, testers and business analysts
- Periodically conduct training needs analysis to identify key areas of development
- Coordinate further training with departmental Subject Matter Experts
- Ensure all training materials and training records are accurate, up to date and relevant
- Support with the creation of e-learning content, that is relevant and up to date
- Attend and deliver process and product updates at department meetings as and when required

**About You**:
**Desired Skills and Knowledge**:
We are looking for someone passionate about training and development. Ideally you will have experience in delivering training to groups of people ranging in size between 5-15, and be able to communicate with individuals on a wide variety of levels.
- Proven experience of delivering training in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in an IT environment is desirable but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt
- A keen eye for detail
