Client: Cabinet Office - UK Security Vetting (UKSV)
- Work Pattern: Full Time Monday to Friday, 9-5
- Hybrid working (2 days in the office 3 days at home)
- Location:1 Atlantic Square, 21 York Street, Glasgow, G28HS
- Pay-rate: £12.64 per hour
- Start date: June/July 2023 this is due to vetting needing to be carried out before starting
- Assignment: Temporary for 7 months
- open to review for extension, down to the client's own discretion

The role:
As a HR Administrator, the post holder will participate in the following activities:

- Plan and carry out administrative tasks, working independently, taking guidance and advice from line manager.
- Supporting several projects
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses and booking events
- Supporting management of Trade Union engagement including arranging meetings/minute taking and creating agendas
- Exercise judgement when dealing with queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating as appropriate.
- As the first point of contact for the team, managing a range of queries and issues from colleagues and a range of organisations.
- Ensure complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with sensitively and helpfully, referring on as needed.
- Working together with other administrators/PA's across the organisations to provide an effective network of communication and being flexible to cover other administrator's general duties.

Desirable skills and experience:

- Strong communication skills as will be dealing with various different stakeholders
- Great written and verbal communication
- Be able to work at a fast pace
- Admin experience
- HR background but this is not essential
- PA experience but this is not essential
