As an Administrator you'll be instrumental in maintaining a smooth and organised process for professionals undergoing appraisals. From assisting with form completion to ensuring compliance, your role is pivotal in maintaining a smooth and organised process.

Supporting on a 3-month contract with a strong view to go permanent thereafter. Office based role where days in the office will vary (working in the office 3-4 days a week) - office in Central London. To start immedidately.

**Responsibilities & Key Duties**:

- Handling member enquiries and providing clear guidance on processes.
- Maintaining accurate member records and collaborating with the team to resolve discrepancies.
- Offering system support and troubleshooting login issues for new members.
- Following up on outstanding areas, including reminders for deadlines and invoice payments.
- Contributing to a coordinated effort within the team by feeding back relevant information.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in membership services and record-keeping (desirable).
- Customer service expertise with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with complex administrative systems and online meeting facilities.
