Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm

As an Office Coordinator/Administrator, you will play a crucial and valued role in our diverse team. You will be responsible for various tasks, including serving as the welcoming presence of our office and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors. Encourage our team to maintain impeccable office standards, ensuring a pristine and inviting workspace for all
Market Appraisals: Play a vital role in booking market appraisals, laying the foundation for successful property transactions
Document Management: Upload captivating photos, floor plans, and Energy Performance certificates to our systems, ensuring accurate property information
Data Accuracy: Effortlessly connecting with people, building strong relationships and providing outstanding service
Revel in the opportunity to make a positive impact on office life, whether working independently or collaboratively
Attention to Detail: Possess an eagle eye for detail, ensuring precision in every task and leaving no stone unturned
Thrive on surpassing expectations, consistently delivering unparalleled quality and setting high standards
Software Proficiency: Excel in your knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word. Familiarity with Reapit software is a definite advantage
