Secretary/administrator

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Provide support for meetings and conferences, including taking minutes
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Accompany staff on property appraisals
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role preferred
- Proficiency in computerized office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
- Full UK driving licence
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £17,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
