**JOB TITLE**: Customer Operations Administrator
ROLE PURPOSE
Support internal and external customers to ensure that electronic devices are accurately picked and shipped to client sites managing clinical trials
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage RAWB requests on behalf of the US & UK Team.
Resolve Fulfilment Team queries and problem tickets.
Support Supply Chain functions with KPI & report running.
Support Customer Operations Coordinators with day to day functions.
Support with ordering printed materials on behalf of clients, as directed by Client Services.
Support continual improvement within the Customer Operations area.
DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE
They will have influence on the financial accountancy of the business by ensuring good stock handling practices.
They will be able to influence good practice and ensure customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
The individual will be able to influence the management of client expectations on device shipments and inventory.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Essential
Adherence to site Health & Safety.
Accurate data entry and computer skills.
Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize.
Must be a team-oriented person with a “can do” attitude.
Understanding and/or experience of clinical trials / pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
Desirable
IATA Certified
Experience of Inventory / Warehouse
**Minimum education**: GCSE (UK / High School graduation (US) or country equivalent
