Tate recruitment is working in partnership with a well know pharmaceutical company based in Sandwich. We are looking for a well-rounded, experienced Technical Administrator who wants an opportunity to work for an established organisation.
You can expect 4 weeks of training to support you within your role and a great team to support you and work with once fully trained.
The role of Administrator is a temporary position to start ASAP for 12 months and paying a competitive £11.59 - £13.25 per hour.
**Role Responsibilities**

Administration of electronic and hard copy records (eg current paper calibration certificates), according to standard operating procedures.
Publishing reports and metrics
Preparing monthly presentations
Updating department communications
Booking travel, meetings and preparing expenses
Inbox management
System housekeeping (EAMS/GDMS/Sharepoint)
Raising of work requests as required
Uploading of documentation using both Sharepont and GDMS
Raising of Purchase Orders, financial reconciliation/invoice and payment queries
Chasing of vendor reports and completing work orders as required
Booking of visitors and sending notifications to vendors
**Qualifications & Experience**
Sound knowledge of database and document management
Excellent Information Technology skills
Working flexibly and able to work under own initiative with mínimal direct supervision
Experience of working within a team
Effective team player with ability to work on own initiative
Ability to plan and prioritise work, not easily distracted or diverted from key priorities
Able to undertake data inputting activities rapidly with a high degree of accuracy
