**Customer Support Co-ordinator**

**Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday**

**PAYE Rate: £10.76 p/h**

**Hours: 40 Hours per week**

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a large UK company who have operations across the country.

**The Role**:
As a Customer Support Co-ordinator, you will be working on but not limited to:

- Accurately filing vehicle documentation
- Booking in units at multiple locations
- You will be responsible for using and updating multiple external customers databases and systems
- Liaising with the Account Managers and Account Directors for each account, to give feedback on administrative processes and ongoing customer experience
- You will be dealing with multiple sites ensuring smooth transition of units to sale

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Must be able to work within a team environment
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Problem solving skills
