**Own transport essential due to the location**

Our client is an automotive specialist based near Lutterworth. They are currently looking for an account co-ordinator to join the team and help with the day-to-day processes and administration tasks. This is a very busy, fast-paced office environment and similar experience is preferred.

**Main purpose of the role**:
The account co-ordinator is responsible for carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support both customer and business objectives, aiding the retention of customer relationships, ensuring mutually agreed business objectives and service level agreements are achieved.

**Main duties**:

- To act as a conduit between the sales and /or operations teams.
- Produce vehicle updates and reports for centralised accounts.
- Co-ordinate and monitor movements of vehicles.
- Compile and distribute internal and external reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers & colleagues
- Attend review meetings

**Skills Required**:

- Previous office experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload
