**Full Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our amazing and unique company as an administration assistant.

The administration assistant role is to provide strategic administration support to the Operations Director and to assist with purchasing function within the Company.

The main areas of the role are, but not limited to:

- Booking of hotels, flights, transport etc.
- Reconcile Mastercard and Soldo account
- Assisting with the purchasing function - placing orders, logging and distributing deliveries
- Provide assistance with ISO reporting
- Producing risk assessments and method statements
- Data input into spreadsheets
- Filing and general office duties
- Any ad hoc jobs that may arise

**Salary**: £23,400.00-£27,300.00 per year
