We have a unique opportunity for a proactive administrator to join Northpoint.

This role will involve working in our modern new premises in central Halifax to support the running of our children and young people’s mental health services. You will join us on a full-time basis with a permanent contract, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

**What you will be doing as our administrator**:

- You will efficiently handle administrative tasks, including helping maintain the office environment, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with various teams to assist in organising events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Assist with maintaining and updating databases and electronic systems, producing monitoring reports, ensuring accurate and confidential information.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, enabling you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
