South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is currently recruiting for a /Secretary to support primarily the Lower Valley Enhanced Service basedd at The Laura Mitchell Health & Wellbeing Centre, Halifax

The applicant will be required to work as part of a very busy admin team providing administrative and secretarial support to the Consultants and team.

We are looking for an experienced Secretary with an NVQ or RSA Level III qualification or be able to demonstrate competency at Level III.

The applicant must have administrative skills and be able to organise and prioritise their own workload in order to meet deadlines, with a good attention to detail in an environment of competing demands.

Diary Management, prioritization of workload and teamwork are essential in this role. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.

The applicant must be able to work as part of a team and have good written and verbal communication skills.
