This temporary to permanent role needs someone available immediately to work in a very busy, family friendly sales office. It is covering a range of sales administration duties, working in a great team where the duties revolve each 3 - 4 weeks.

**Job Profile**:
We have a temporary to permanent Sales Administrator roles based in Halifax, that is fully office based. The role is both very important and challenging. Within the sales and finance team, you will be responsible for proactively providing full administrativesupport to team members.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Processing customers and existing client orders (trade only)
- Typing specifications and customer correspondence
- Telephone enquiries
- Creating and maintaining invoices
- Updating and maintaining various company databases including CRM
- Organising production runs for various products
- Providing general administrative support to the team

**Key Skills**:

- Experienced with MS Office
- Well organised and highly motivated
- Be able to work under pressure as part of a team, whilst having the ability to work on your own initiative in an organised environment
- Good communication skills; both written and verbally
- A keen eye for detail
- Able to use initiative
- Someone with a good work ethic - it is a fast paced environment

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (30 mins for lunch)

**Salary**:£20,000 - £22,000 per annum
