This is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, client focused investment firm as an experienced Facilities Coordinator.
In this role, you will have the chance to evolve and enhance your coordinator experience and be part of a firm with a global presence.
This investment firm is seeking a proactive, driven and determined Facilities Coordinator who can be one step ahead. You will be confident, approachable and can prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
In a team of 3, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running and organisation of this firm. This investment firm will give you the opportunity to progress, especially if you take an active part as a Facilities Coordinator.

This is a role where no small job is too small of a job in their spectacular, modern mid-sized firm. They are looking for a Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist who can prioritise, are highly organised and can stay calm under pressure.
Ideally you will have experience within events, alternative investments, asset management, private equity or professional services.
As an Facilities Coordinator (based on reception), your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining business relationships- Providing excellent service to internal and external clients- Ensuring the smooth running of the office- Plan and organise events- Processing invoices- Preparing meeting rooms- Building relationships with vendors- Administration dutiesTo be considered for this role you will have 3 years+ of experience working across reception, facilities, or coordination within a corporate business.
You should thrive in a fast and highly organisational environment.
