Office Facilities and Culture Coordinator

This firm is seeking a proactive, driven and personable Office Facilities Coordinator who can be one step ahead. You will be confident, approachable and can prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
In an office of 100 people, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running and organisation of this office. You will be an individual who is happy to muck in - they want a team player Someone who is not afraid to engage employees, build a community culture for the company such as creating a 'Wellness Wednesday' theme, to introducing a 'get ready for summer' quick meal ideas.

If you have
Ideally you will have experience within events, professional services or alternative investments, asset management, private equity or professional services.
As an Office Facilities Coordinator your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining business relationships- Providing excellent service to internal and external clients- Ensuring the smooth running of the office- Plan and organise events for employees- Administration dutiesTo be considered for this role you will have 2 years+ of experience working across reception, facilities, or coordination within a corporate business.
You should thrive in a fast and highly organisational environment.
This is a part-time 4 month opportunity. A fantastic role to have over the summer or if you are studying part-time. You must be either immediately available or on a 2 week notice.
