**Part time Facilities Coordinator/Office Manager - Ongoing Temp - 1 to 2 days per week, inc Monday's**
Casting company is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator / Office Manager to support them on a part time basis at their central London offices.

**This is a part time temporary role to start ASAP until October 2023 and will pay between £18.00 and £20.00 per hour PAYE.**

**The role will involve working 1 to 2 days per week, including Monday's.**

The main purpose of the Facilities Coordinator / Office Manager will be to support the running of the office building across all departments as necessary. Key Responsibilities will include:

- Assist the Director in ensuring the office building runs smoothly- Liaise with contractors as necessary to ensure the office building is maintained and serviced as appropriate; keep a calendar of maintenance and service visits that are required- Be the point of contact for contractors when on-site as necessary- Keep office and kitchen supplies stocked up as required and place orders with suppliers- Be a first point of contact for staff regarding any issues with the office, reporting issues as necessary for resolution- Ensure post and any deliveries are distributed to the relevant staff in the office each day, taking any outgoing mail to the post office as required- Maintain Facilities records as requiredThe ideal Facilities Coordinator / Office Manager will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Previous experience of working in a facilities or office management role- Flexible on working days and able to work each Monday.- Excellent organisation skills and able to use own initiative- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient IT user including MS Office packagesONLY SHORT LISTED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED
