Cobalt is working alongside a growing yet well-established real estate brand in seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their FM team in the Central London office, working within a highly professional company. Initially, you will be in the office 3-4 timesper week and the other days working from home.

You'll form a crucial part of an established team reporting to the Facilities Manager, helping to coordinate their work, and building your FM experience within a leading business, that is always looking for people to progress within the company. Our clientboasts an enviable portfolio in Central London, whilst having a national presence across the UK.

**? Key responsibilities will include**:

- Using the CAFM system to log and monitor all assigned works;
- Liaising with the FM team, engineers, and contractors to ensure all works have been completed;
- Raising purchase orders for works undertaken
- Handling phone calls;
- Liaising with engineers and the FM team, assigning works, and ensuring works have been completed;
- Managing the work of contractors;
- Raising PO's for works undertaken;
- Creating quotes for works via the CAFM system.

Our client is looking for someone with established experience in facilities & property coordination/administration, with ability to oversee multiple maintenance orders/works, as well as a track record in raising PO's and quotes.
