Office Administrator with Some Finance

WANTED - Office Administrator - SBL are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy team.
Working from our offices in Wyke Regis Weymouth, we are looking for a member of office staff that is confident on a computer, organising diaries and someone with knowledge & experience in basic accounts.
The job role includes the following duties:
Taking messages
Archiving, scanning and filing
Taking payments
Invoicing
Applicants should be well organised, complete tasks in a timely manner and work well under pressure
The role is paid on an hourly basis, wage to be negotiated. Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the workload
