Accounts/office Administrator

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Provide support to the Accounts department with quarterly VAT returns/Bank reconciliations / Year end accounts
- Provide administrative support to the H&S Manager
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support the SMT with administrative tasks as required
- Arrange and control annual insurance policy renewals, ensuring rates remain competitive
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in MS programmes or document management and communication
- Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly office environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Familiarity with data entry processes and accuracy
