Accounting and HR Support Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and creating reports using QuickBooks.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory and fixed assets.
- Maintaining tax, insurance, and financial compliance requirements.
- Maintaining vendors, resources, and subcontractors.
- Completing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including collections.
- Coordinating and administering payroll and benefits, and providing HR administrative support.
- Performing technology setup, backups, protection, and tracking.
- Gathering and coordinating hardware and software requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to learn new software.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Work Hours
40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required.
Pay Rate
Competitive pay based on experience.
