We are seeking a skilled Home Support Specialist to join our team in Weymouth, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and young females with self-harming incidents.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients in their own homes, providing care and support that meets their unique needs. If you have experience working with vulnerable adults and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will be required to commute locally or within 45 minutes due to the remote location of our service. You will also need to hold a Care Certification, as this is preferred by us.
