**Casualty Claims Senior Technical Lead** - Salary between £40,000-£50,000

**A bit about the job**:
We are introducing a new role in our senior team which will focus on:

- Gatekeeper for technical excellence in Casualty Claims.
- Owning Claims Technical Priorities including support with both our brokers and suppliers.
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure relevant technical insight and training provided.
- Working collaboratively with Senior Leadership Team on capability gaps, both individual and system wide for now and the future.
- Working closely with cost drivers lead, operational lead and performance lead to understand any gaps and offer solutions to improve.
- Design training or source training required, ensuring content has had desired outcome, understanding both in the work and by audit.

**Skills and experience we're looking for**:

- Detailed understanding of UKGI Casualty Claims environment is essential
- Ability to interpret data and act upon to improve system
- Commercial Acumen
- Planning and organising skills - an independent and proactive worker
- Communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
