Do you have casualty claims, EL, or PL experience?

Can you investigate claims with the ability to determine liability?

If yes, then this may be a great move for you. We are looking for experienced claims adjusters to join a growing and vibrant team. Working as part of a Global company.

**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Managing key claims handling enquiry; coverage determination, and legal liability assessment
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Work with Team Manager/Senior Adjuster to ensure effective vendor and litigation management on Complex claims within a personal allocation
- Strive for continuous improvement on claim file handling with feedback and support through the Quality Assurance Review processes
- Demonstrate a basic standard of technical claims competence for handling moderate to lower complexity complex claims
- Handle complex claims allocated within agreed level of authority limit
- Timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim resolution, minimising indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense
- Effective communication of key Complex claims and Casualty portfolio messages to internal stakeholders

**Are you who we’re looking for?**
- Basic specialist knowledge in casualty technical claims topics
- Policy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation
- A basic knowledge of legal / regulatory and litigation / procedural requirements
- Experience in effectively following up on recommendations from technical claims audits and continuous claim handling improvement
- Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment
