Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Engage with insurers, policyholders, and brokers effectively. Claims Management: Oversee assigned claims, either independently or by coordinating with a field adjuster for on-site assessments when required. Evidence Collection: Gather all pertinent evidence and documentation related to claims. Case Resolution: Identify suitable actions to resolve each claim efficiently. Reporting: Create comprehensive reports, providing insights on policy coverage, legal responsibilities, claim value, and strategies as necessary. Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate settlements within established authority limits. Professional Communication: Maintain proactive dialogue with all stakeholders involved. Compliance: Manage cases in accordance with documented protocols and client specifications. Reserve Oversight: Regularly assess and maintain appropriate reserves. Ongoing Development: Stay informed on relevant technical updates, including participation in company-sponsored training initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Expertise in managing claims from initiation to resolution. Experience with NIHL (Noise Induced Hearing Loss) claims. Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Team-oriented mindset. Ability to manage a personal caseload effectively. Proven adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in investigating Liability Claims. Knowledge of injury claim valuation. Understanding of reserving strategies. Strong communication skills across various levels.
