A bit about the job:
You will oversee a team of claims handlers and act as a role model to maintain customer service standards, deliver good customer outcomes and drive performance outcomes. You will provide oversight of the team's activities and reporting to senior management, whilst using practical and technical knowledge to manage a claims portfolio to maximum efficiency.
