As a Dealer Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our depot. From managing payroll information to handling purchase orders and assisting our dedicated technicians and depot staff, your contributions will be invaluable in maintaining the highest standards of administrative excellence.

**Who are you?**:
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Your background **in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics, coupled with your finance and general administration experience**, makes you the perfect fit for this role. Proficiency in **Microsoft Packages, particularly Excel and Word**, is a must, and experience with **SAP would be advantageous.**

**Your New Colleagues**:
Joining a close-knit team of three, you'll work closely with the Dealer Manager and other dealer managers, collectively covering North and Scotland. **Your day-to-day**:

- Preparation of weekly payroll information
- Tracking staff holiday and sickness
- Raising purchase orders and handling queries
- Excel skills including CRM reporting and pivot tables
- Receipting of office goods and credit card reconciliation
- Managing banking and petty cash
- Handling ingoing and outgoing mail and stationery orders
- Booking travel and accommodation when required
- Maintaining HR documentation and staff personal files
- Ensuring all SAP/RTP orders are processed efficiently
- Control records of regular depot checks e.g. driver’s licenses, calibrations, first aid certification.
