We are delighted to be working in partnership with a long-standing client located in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Office Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual who enjoys managing a variety of tasks and supporting the wider business whilst providing a first class service to all colleagues and visitors.

You will support the Office Manager with all administrative tasks across a variety of departments including front of house, dispatch, mail room and facilities.

**Your main duties will include**:

- You will support the Office Manager with a variety of tasks including archiving of documents, office coordination, front of house and meeting room assistance
- You will help archive and file a range of legal documentation
- Provide reception cover including answering and transferring calls & taking messages
- Ensure reception area is clean and tidy at all times
- Set up meeting rooms for any future meetings
- Use outlooking to coordinate diaries and meeting rooms
- Arrange any refreshments required for meetings
- Administration duties which may include archiving documents, copying and scanning
- Support the dispatch, mailroom and facilities department when required
- Collection of post at set times during the day
- Making deliveries / collections
- Arranging couriers if required

**To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience /background**:

- **Previous experience working within a busy administrative role required**:

- **Legal experience preferred but not essential**:

- **Confident, articulate with excellent communication skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail with ability to juggle a variety of tasks
- Strong MS Office skills including outlook, word and excel
- Extremely professional and presentable at all times
- Ability to think on your feet and use initiative
- Proactive and ensure tasks are completed before being asked
- Strong work ethic with high standards at all times
- Strong IT Skills and ability to use different systems including MS Office, Intranet
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to be flexible and proactive
