You will act as the central point of contact to oversee and coordinate the Association’s provision of funding, equipment, information, and support connected to communication aids and voice banking. You will effectively liaise across specialised services, local speech and language therapy services, Association staff, and other key stakeholders as appropriate.

An important part of this role will be setting up systems for monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the impact of the communication aids and voice banking loan service. You will also ensure the MND Support grants are provided in accordance with strategic aims and objectives.

You will build and manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies and third parties, to ensure delivery of agreed equipment and services. You will actively participate in the ongoing development of communication aids services nationally.

Experience of building and managing relationships and negotiating contracts with external suppliers, agencies and third parties.

Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
