**The role**:
We want to appoint an experienced, passionate and commercially minded Sales Operations Co-Ordinator to work alongside the Director of Sales on all aspects of Blackstar’s global sales, with the goal to positively impact productivity, create & improve processes and achieve growth in line with our company KPIs.

Our Sales Operations Co-Ordinator’s broader responsibilities will include having input into the development and execution of the global sales strategy, providing ongoing reporting and analytical insights that enable us to drive the global sales channels (including Amazon and B2B Distribution) to reach target. This will involve direct sales contact and building key relationships with partners around the world in order to deliver targeted results.

You will also work collaboratively with other areas of the Blackstar business ensuring a positive sales related involvement in Marketing, Supply Chain planning and Training metrics.

You must be a team builder and team player who is in continuous communication with diverse customers, and be confident in challenging others, driving change and delivering results.

This is a critical role, where you will continuously measure and report on key sales metrics and activities, helping us to innovate best business practices in the sector and provide great customer service.

**The key duties and responsibilities will be to**:

- Ensure current sales processes are being followed according to our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Propose and support the implementation of all new and improved sales systems, processes and reporting methods within our QMS.
- Collect, track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends, including monthly ‘Global Stock and Sell-Through’ dashboards and reporting.
- Proactively support the global sales channel, working with the Director of Sales and the Sales Managers to ensure:

- Monthly production order intake from our distributors in line with Blackstar’s budget.
- Proportionate commitment to New Product orders by all global distributors according to targets.
- Positive change in the sales performance and brand perception, ensuring Blackstar’s sales policies are upheld.
- An adequate number of retailers are signed-up in each assigned territory.
- There is a good geographic spread of “bricks and mortar” retailers in each territory.
- That retailers within the territory carry a representative line up of Blackstar products backed up by a formalised stocking policy.
- That Blackstar launch plans are carried out effectively, especially ensuring that sufficient “pipeline fill” has occurred prior to launch.
- Keep Blackstar’s CRM fully updated with contact data and reports.
- Promote and support the use of the Blackstar ELITE training portal worldwide
- Provide Blackstar with ongoing product, market trend and competitor feedback informed from your sales activity.
