We are lookingfor Project Coordinator to work closely with the Programme andOperations Managers and to provide comprehensive support to arapidly growing project. You will beresponsible for managing the daytoday administrative requirementsfor the overall business requirements. Aprofessional and confidential manner will be required at alltimes.

Morespecifically;

  • Experienceof proactive coordination & developing relationships withkeystakeholders
  • Knowledgeof telecommunication or civil engineeringdesirable
  • Ableto communicate clearly andconsistently
  • Customerservice trainingdesirable
  • Computer literate MS Officeas well as experience managingdatabases
  • Flexibility to undertakeworks outside core workinghour
  • Experienceusing Street Manager / Symologydesirable
  • Ableto work underpressure
  • Abilityto use computer applications such as MS Word MS Excel and MS Visioand to learn new computer skills whererequired.

As a ProjectCoordinator your core responsibilities will be

  • End to endresponsibility for coordination of customerdelivery
  • Inputand manage streetworks /permits
  • Jeopardymanagement of job queues andqueries
  • DailyInterface with the client through regular conferencecalls
  • Completedaily / weekly / monthlyreports
  • Receiveand review daily work stack over the internal and external systems.Management of planned start dates and completion dates on theinternalsystem.
  • Actas an interface with the customer to provide timely and accurateupdates
  • Raise and action from startto finish streetworksnotices
  • Daily/ Weeklyreports
  • Manageall noticingqueues
  • Liaise with the field andmanagementdaily
