Our client, a highly successful global software organization, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist for a 6 month contract. Mainly working remotely with 1 day a week in the London offices when conditions allow.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver New Hire program, maximising efficiency and learner experience. To be scaled across International (Non-US) markets.
- Monitor, capture and report on new hire speed to competency metrics including achieving or exceeding RAMP target KPIs.
- Design and develop learning content with support, aligned to local Business Unit requirements. Reporting and Quality Assurance.

**Skill**
- 3+ years experience in a similar Sales enablement role
- Corporate company background. Excellent communications skills
- Able to Engage learners through questioning, eye contact, checks for understanding, good pace and communication.
- Demonstrate an understanding of selling and various sales methodologies
- Creating and managing project schedules

**Benefits**
