**Facilitator**

Pulbrook & Gould is looking to recruit an Administrative Facilitator (preferably a trained florist) to work as Business Administrator at the main studio and offices located in Oval SW8. We have a small hardworking team and a friendly and fun working environment. We are looking for a talented, highly motivated & organised individual to join our team to ensure a smooth-running boutique.

**Daily tasks include**:

- Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations of the studio, including the monitoring and managing of sales enquiries and orders.
- Maintaining the store’s inventory, ensuring stock counts are accurate, and always remaining adequately stocked without unnecessary waste.
- Creating proposals & quotations for weddings and events and general enquires.
- Manage basic HR duties such as the weekly staff rota, teams annual leave, overtime, recording sicknesses, and implementing internal policies from the employee’s handbook.
- Identifying customer enquiries and making appropriate recommendations for corrective solutions to meet their needs and expectations.
- Take accountability for the studio diary to ensure deadlines and delivery dates are met.
- Push key floristry dates and help the team maximise potential of occasions such as Valentines, Christmas, and Mother’s Day.
- Ensure everyone working in the store keeps everything tidy and clean, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
- Complete daily updates on social media and perform basic website admin.
- Managing & processing orders on Strelitzia / shopify
- Delivery management / logistics
- Data collection
- Procurement & budgets
- A good grasp of IT and running a paperless office
- Office management skills
- Organizing workflows and systems

**SKILLS**:
Sales administration with at least 5 years relevant experience

Luxury products experience and at ease with high-net-worth individuals an advantage but not essential

Good telephone manner, punctual, extremely organised, presentable, can-do attitude.

Advanced knowledge and experience using software including Microsoft Office packages with particular skills on Powerpoint and Word.

Advanced knowledge and experience with Outlook.

Knowledge in Marketing and Social Media (including Facebook, Instagram, ticktock)

Fluent in Speaking and Written English

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 4 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
