Job Description Our client is a leading, international supplier of food commodities based in North West London. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to work closely within the finance team in an administrative support role.

Working directly with the Finance Director, this position would suit a Business / Finance Graduate or an Finance Administrator with 1-2 years experience to join a company which offers training and career prospects.

Record expense claims and vendor bills accurately
Generate weekly payment runs and facilitate payments within specified terms.
Processing of shipping documents
Ensuring company costs (invoices and expense claims) are recorded
Previous experience in finance or accounts administration
Discretion in handling confidential financial information.
Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with accounting software packages.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who is numerical with a keen eye for detail and a passion for financial to contribute to the success of our clients logistics and trading operations.
