**FINANCE ADMIN**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading publishing organisation as a Finance Admin
**FINANCE ADMIN ROLE**:
- Generating and sending customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Processing and verifying returned contracts, promptly resolving any discrepancies
- Issuing invoices to customers accurately and following established procedures
- Completing supplier forms and fulfilling onboarding system requirements
- Regularly updating the sales summary to reflect the latest transactions
- Managing repeat orders and ensuring smooth execution of repeat management processes
- Posting supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Managing petty cash and administrative card transactions, maintaining proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Dispensing cheques for legal purposes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Sales Director, Managers, and staff as needed.
- Coordinating the sending of letters and magazines to customers, collaborating with the Production team for timely delivery.
- Serving as holiday cover for the Office Manager and Accounts Assistant when required.
- Handling additional administrative tasks and projects assigned by management
**FINANCE ADMIN ESSENTIALS**:
- Minimum 6-12 months of admin experience ideally with some finance knowledge
- Happy being in the office 5 days week
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, especially in data entry, contract processing, and invoice management
