Job Details
My client, a well-regarded US firm, is currently recruiting a HR Administrator join their busy team on a permanent basis.
The HR Administrator will be involved with generalist duties as well as graduate & lateral recruitment and learning & development. They will provide general support to the wider HR team; the key duties will include:
- Assist the Head of HR with general HR queries and issues, sit in on meetings and take notes
- Support with research and data analysis
- Administrative support for the wider HR team
- Develop and facilitate learning and development activities
- Support with Graduate & Lateral Recruitment when needed
- Monitor and record absence, sickness, payroll and holiday requests
- Assist with Diversity & Inclusion administration
- Ad hoc HR project work
- Diary management and organising appointments
