As a Project Administrator with us, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team in the successful execution of projects. From coordinating activities to managing documentation, organising schedules and work programmes, proofreading job reports before the client can view, and ensuring efficient resource allocation, your contributions will be integral to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget
- Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. This includes proofreading and correcting grammar in previous day's work reports
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence
- Engage with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
- Facilitate project closure activities, such as documenting lessons learned and conducting post-project evaluations

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as administrator or scheduler in a similar industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in project scheduling and tracking
- Proficiency in computerised systems such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, etc.

**Work Conditions**:
Work will be performed at the head office, working from home or on site as required.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
