Hours: 40 per week - 9am to 6pm

**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**

**Onboarding**
- leasing with consultants if any needed information is missing,
- Creating new roles on database if needed,
- Creating and sending updated assignment schedules to contract extensions - updating, payroll spreadsheet and database accordingly,
- Conducting Background Checks and Right to Work Checks in accordance with Client Guidelines and deadlines,
- Reporting on Background check progress to P&OM and consultants daily. Compiling and sending client's reports in accordance with guidelines
- Submit and chase Security/Criminal Checks for all new starters,
- Send employee reference letters to ex-temps when requested,
- Providing info required for reports,
- RTW checks,
- Routine Audit

**Client Specific**
- Compiling necessary information and documents to ensure compliance standards are met (updating database, validating companies' information, liaising with contractors when required)
- Assisting Senior Compliance Administrator with liaising with consultants and Client HR in case of any discrepancies between the contract and originally advised info.

**Offboarding**
- After receiving notification from the client or consultant,
- Updating spreadsheet for references with basic info required,
- Notifying umbrella companies of relevant leavers.

**General**
- Monitoring the payroll inbox and responding to queries in a accurate and timely manner.
- Provide cover for colleagues in times of absence.
- Maintaining confidentiality always.
- The post holder is expected to keep themselves updated at all times on relevant policies relating to Project Recruit as well as external influences, such as relevant current legislation.
- Where you are a member of a professional body you are required to confirm to the professional standards set by that body. You are required to ensure your registration is current and you practice continual professional development.
- The job holder will do all tasks within his/her level of skill and ability.
