Helpdesk Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians or subcontractors to address service requests, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all service requests, work orders, and maintenance activities in the company's database or ticketing system.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing jobs, proactively communicating updates or delays to clients and escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex maintenance or service requests, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Continuously improve helpdesk processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or a related role.
- Prior experience in facilities management or property maintenance is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of clients.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
