EEC Ltd is a Electrical Installation Company with its head office based in Setchy King's Lynn. We predominately specialise in New Build Projects, PV Solar and EV installations.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a Part-time position with regular office hours. A driver is essential due to location of the office. Training hours will be 16 per week over 4 days increasing after training but this can be discussed at the time. Wages dependant on Age and Experience. Assisting a fast paced office with all aspects of Administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Perform basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
**Skills**:
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Training will be provided
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
