Office Administrator Assistant

Duties
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist with data entry on Xero etc
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Provide support to other team members as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable working in a computerised office environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero or other accounting software is a plus
We are a fairly relaxed firm where trust is more of a factor than qualifications, the hours can work around school run or any other necessities. Working from home will be allowed when possible. Part of the role will include being a P/A to the director.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £12,480.00-£18,720.00 per year
