Office Administrator/bookkeeper

Office administrator and bookkeeper required for a friendly office located on a farm.
The hours are flexible to suit the owner and yourself.
Ideally you will have knowledge of Xero and MS Office programs but training can be provided.
The role includes:
- Purchase and Sales invoice processing
- Bank reconciliation
- VAT checks and returns
- Payroll and pension submissions
- Supplier payments
- Processing and sending quotes to customers
- Filing of paperwork
- Keeping employee software up to date, including holiday records
- Social media updates
- Assisting customers, when required
- Support with any other relevant administration duties
We are looking for someone that is organised, friendly and able to use their own initiative as there will be times when you are in the office on your own.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
