Part Time Office Administrator

We are looking for a Part Time Office Administrator every Thursday & Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Provide general support to staff members as needed
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for professional communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
