Full Time Administrator/receptionist

Established over 40 years ago we are a family run Holiday Park Operator with Holiday Parks in North Norfolk who are looking for an Administrative assistant to join our friendly team on a part time basis. The job is for a minimum of three days a week 9am - 5pm which will occasionally increase and will sometimes include weekends and Bank Holidays covering annual leave and sickness etc. during the peak season. The job will include carrying out the following duties:
- Deal with Enquiries from existing customers face to face and over the phone
- Assist with New Sales administration (including producing Welcome Packs)
- Provide Aftersales administration support including submitting warranty claims to manufacturers
- Liaise with contractors who carry out work on the Holiday Parks
- Update customer records using company systems
- Keep up to date Petty Cash records
- Manage the Diary system
- Produce job cards/invoices for extra works carried out on the parks
- Deal with WIFI enquiries from customers
- Keeping the office clean and tidy, the role may also include checking new vans and giving them a 'light clean' where necessary.
The key Skills required are
- Good IT Skills - including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Being able to work under you own initiative
- Being proactive and extremely organised
- Being flexible and an effective member of a small team.
