Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring all sales materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and accurate information to both current and potential clients.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, including sales reports, client databases, and contract documentation.
- Prepare fee proposals, generate leads and create projects using company’s sales software and CRM system (training will be provided).
- Manage the sales team’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Perform research toward identifying potential sales leads.
- Assist with organising client and staff events.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales department and recommend strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
