NAAFI are seeking a dynamic, proactive and passionate Operations Administration Assistant who is highly approachable, good at multi-tasking and a great team to player to join our growing operations team at our fabulous offices in Whiteley. The role will provide administrative support to Royal NAAFI Operations team and wider operations field teams.

**Role and Responsibilities of Operations Administration Assistant**:
The core purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the operations team. The focus of the role will be to support operations and manage administrative tasks to a high standard, searching for new potential coffee shop sites and supporting other parts of the business as required. To be passionate about customer service and maintain high standards of communication to both operational field teams and other internal departments. To demonstrate integrity and respect at all times and in all aspects of daily duties.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team and maintaining accurate and effective information and filing systems.
- Support the Director of Operations and Head of Operations with administrative tasks including correspondence, data management and communication monitoring.
- Responsible for producing high quality, accurate documentation/management information as required.
- Responsible for researching potential new coffee shop sites, setting up viewings and maintaining a directory of agents contact details.
- Responsible for liaison and maintaining relationships with estate agents and external stakeholders across UK with the aim to promote the NAAFI profile.
- Responsible for minute taking at operational project meetings managing action points and ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining regional management reports and accurately recording data to benchmark site success and challenges.
- Assist the wider operations field teams with ad hoc administrative tasks including visit reports.
- Assist in tracking new site opening programmes including new outlet files and processes.
- Proactively communicate with all NAAFI outlets and internal departments regarding on-going live projects.
- Undertake any other duties to support operational and wider business activity as required from time to time.
**Requirements of the role of Operations Administration Assistant**:
- At least 1 years’ experience of office administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent administrative ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
- Great team player
