We are seeking an **ADMINISTRATOR** to join our dedicated team

**Your Role**:
You'll be in charge of ensuring the efficient and effective administration of our company’s vehicle fleet, coordinating internal activities accurately and promptly. As the primary contact for fleet administration, you'll interact with line managers, new starters, and leavers to manage the company’s vehicle fleet, reassigning and returning cars to suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate proactive vehicle checks, insurance cover, and driving licence checks
- Manage accident and theft administration
- Oversee fuel card administration
- Handle parking fine administration and challenge when necessary
- Maintain the monthly mileage database
- Organise long and short-term vehicle hire, including courtesy cars for the motor division
- Conduct invoice reconciliation and raise purchase orders
- Manage IGUS Fleet of vans - services, breakdowns, and replacement vehicles
- Manage Fleet of cars - services, breakdowns, and change of cars
- Perform annual driving licence checks for all drivers
- Manage and liaise with insurers for accidents and/or theft
- Oversee insurance claims
- Arrange travel, including hotels, for wider business
- Handle Barclaycard statements
- Process all invoices for car rentals
- Undertake other general administration tasks as required by the manager

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Previous administration experience within a busy department
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Flexibility and the ability to work on your own initiative
