**Part-time role, in-office, Monday to Friday, 8am-2pm**

You'll lead our office ecosystem day to day, delivering unparalleled service to our guests and team members, maintaining a supportive and efficient office environment, and ensure that everyone has the necessary resources at their fingertips. Your proactive nature, knack for finding solutions and capacity for independent initiative will shine in this role. **What you'll be doing**:

- Championing first impressions, by delivering an excellent greeting experience for all visitors, ensuring their time at Speechmatics is memorable and exceeds expectations.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring each caller is directed to the right person swiftly and courteously.
- Facilitate meeting arrangements and provide selective calendar management for our Leadership Team, ensuring their schedules flow seamlessly.
- Conduct office management thorough daily inspections of our spaces, guaranteeing that the office and meeting rooms are primed and presentable at all times.
- Keep a diligent eye on office supplies and refreshment levels, restocking as needed to maintain an environment where productivity thrives.
- Arrange for appetising lunches and refreshments for various meetings, and collaborative sessions.
